CHC Australia is the largest not-for-profit community housing provider in the ACT. Their mission is to provide affordable homes, predominately for rent, to individuals and families, hence their tagline, Homes for the community.
The problem
The organisation needed a general information brochure to cover who they are, what they do, how they do it and how people can engage with them.
The solution
For this project I worked with the organisation’s Communications Officer, who developed the copy for the brochure. Using CHC’s brand colours and typography, we developed a DL tri-fold brochure covering who, what, how and why.
The audience
As a general information brochure, the audience for this project was broad, really anyone who may need CHC’s services as well as anyone interested in supporting or partnering with the organisation.
The strategy
We used easily recognisable icons to display key information, such as a snapshot of achievements and services offered. As clients often come to the office, we included a map of the area on the back panel, along with CHC’s contact information – again using icons for easy recognition.
